It has been awhile since our last blog post because we have been gearing up for Back to School. This weekend is Ohio's Tax Free Holiday as well and I think it is the best time to get all of your BTS shopping done. We have a few cute things coming soon plus tons of new arrivals coming in weekly. On to our projects! The first one is making flowers that can be hung from the ceiling or stuck to the wall made out of tissue paper. First you need to decide what colors you want to use. Here are our supplies First we threw out the tops of our cans, cleaned out our cans and painted them blue. While we waited for the first coat to dry we measured and cut our streamers. We decided that we needed four red and four white streamers for each windsock. After two more coats of paint our cans were looking good. Next we used the white paint to put stars on our cans. Katem was...

This week's project is probably the biggest one we are going to do and proved that planning is super important! We used the following items for our project We ended up using fishing line instead of twine and we also used my Cricut for a step later on, you totally can do what we did without one though. I mentioned before how planning is important. I bought a crate that was too big, we wanted the American Girl dolls' waists to line up with the top of our stand. I didn't take pictures of this part because I was just...
